NAPCA sponsorships for its annual conventions are available at levels beginning at $1,500.00 and extending to $15,000.00. The annual conventions occur in April of each year and we strive to obtain all sponsor commitments by no later than the end of January of the particular year so we can invoice sponsors and ensure they appear in the initial convention registration materials that are sent out in late January or early February. The sponsorships assist NAPCA in underwriting its annual conventions to allow the association to charge reasonable registration rates to its members, and to assist NAPCA with its annual operating expenses.
All sponsors receive publicity not only at the convention, but year-round. The methods of publicity include the following: (1) a pre-convention mailing and recognition in the convention registration materials; (2) in the convention materials and in the convention program, (3) through announcements during the convention, (4) signage at the event sponsored at the convention, (5) during the business sessions at the convention via a logo video presentation before the sessions begin and during breaks between speakers, (6) in a post-convention mailing, (7) during the NAPCA Summer Workshop in August via a logo video presentation before the workshop begins and during breaks between speakers, and (8) through a listing on the NAPCA website throughout the year. In addition, all sponsor representatives who attend the convention will be identified with a red "sponsor" ribbon on their nametag.
