The 2024 NAPCA Convention will be held on April 16-19, 2024 at the beautiful Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Last year’s convention, as well as the summer workshop, were huge successes and we are expecting the same in 2024. NAPCA has not hosted a convention in Hilton Head in several decades so we know that everyone will have a wonderful time and enjoy the physical beauty of the location, as well as the speakers, events, and networking opportunities that are the hallmark of NAPCA conventions. Only NAPCA members (including retired members) in all categories, their spouses and significant others, and individuals invited by NAPCA are eligible to attend the convention. NEW WEBSITE AND REGISTRATION PROCESS
We have completed the development and integration of the new NAPCA website that will not only be more visually appealing, but also will be easier to navigate, contain more information, include a members’ portal that allows you to update your own member listings as desired, post job listings, and a variety of other items. Most importantly, the registration, dues, and sponsorship payment processes will be streamlined and more user friendly and allow you to make your own additions and modifications to your convention and workshop registrations.

We think this will help streamline the registration process. AFTER YOU REGISTER YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL SO ENSURE YOU CORRECTLY INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Also, save the email because it contains links you can use to supplement or modify your registration after you register.
Pay close attention to the schedule of events contained on the attached agenda to ensure you plan your arrival and departure times so you won’t miss any of the convention events. In particular, the President’s Reception, which opens the convention, begins at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, and the signature party and dinner will immediately follow such reception. Additionally, the NAPCA Final Banquet, which concludes the convention, takes place at 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 18.
